Welcome to the website of TVB, the Network Six regional franchisee for the Borders & the Isle Of Man. TVB first went on the air in 2004 after the parent company Park Television brought out the previous operator Frontier Television. Since then we have improved and devolped the service and this work has been shown in the ever increasing ratings that we are winning over our compeition such BBC1 and ITV operator Border TV. We praise ourself on our mix of both regional programming and the best of Network SIX in network programmes from across the country plus our 21st century news service. |

The Borders franchise covers of 1 mainland city and 1 city on the Isle Of Man. The franchise sits in between the North Western and Central Scotland franchises on the Western side of the country. The franchise holder broadcasts to parts of both England and Scotland. So far on Network Six the Borders & Isle Of Man has been held by 5 franchise companies. |

TVB produces a wide variety of programmes for the region and also the network from our studios in Carlisle & Douglas and in the past has produced sucessful programmes such as Weird At West Park and LaLa-Fire. |
